Criteria:        • 2 assigned parking spaces for Pizza Hut delivery.
• Natural Gas with 2" gas line.
• 4" sewer line.
• 1 1/2" domestic water line.
• Grease trap at least 1,200 gallon.
• HVAC - 1 ton for every 150 sq. ft.
• Elec. - 400 amp, 120/208V, 3-phase, 4-wire electric service panel and circuit breakers.
